Our one day workshops begin with a welcome tea upon registration, followed by a group stretch class to connect us to our bodies. We then dive in to two hours of personal discovery.
After lunch, we reconnect to our bodies and spend an hour summoning creativity before enjoying two hours of artists development.
Our day ends with a group discussion on the power and connection that was summoned that day, before relaxing in to a short meditation to give time for reflection.
